Amanda (“Mandy”) Rucks Duncan was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School in 2007 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and in Foreign Languages in 2010. In 2013, she graduated from Cumberland School of Law and became licensed in Alabama. Mandy has practiced in many municipal, district, and circuit courts throughout the state of Alabama.
