Bonnie Poticny

Bonnie is the Office Administrator for Kirk.Drennan, P.C. Bonnie joined Kirk.Drennan, P.C. in January, 2013. Originally, she was hired as a receptionist, but soon Bonnie transitioned into the role of Office Administrator. Bonnie graduated in May, 2015 from Samford University with her Paralegal Degree. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her six children and two grandchildren, and currently serves as Secretary of the Association of Legal Administrators.

Katie Fleeman

Katie Fleeman

Katie Fleeman joined Kirk.Drennan, P.C. in December, 2015 and currently serves as paralegal for Jessie Keating Hardy. Born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama, Katie moved to Birmingham to attend college, graduating from the University of Montevallo in 1999 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. After college, Katie worked in retail management and sales for 10 years before changing course to pursue a career in the legal field.

Katie returned to school at Gadsden State Community College, and obtained her Associates’ Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2012. While working toward her degree she was an active member of the Paralegal Association and Lambda Epsilon Chi, a national honor society for paralegal students. Since graduating, Katie has gravitated toward a practice in family law and domestic relations, and has been working exclusively in the area since 2014.

When not working, Katie enjoys traveling and spending time with her two sons.

Sarah Salter

Sarah Salter has been an invaluable addition to Kirk.Drennan, P.C., serving as the firm’s Client Relations Intake Specialist and handling all necessary scheduling for the firm since she began her employment in June, 2015. Sarah is likely the first person you will speak with when setting up an appointment, and will assist with all of your scheduling throughout your representation at Kirk.Drennan, P.C.

When not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Amanda Breen

Amanda Breen

Amanda Breen joined Kirk Drennan, P.C. in November 2016 and currently serves as paralegal to Courtney Moseley and Derek Drennan. Amanda was born in White Plains, New York but grew up in Hoover, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, then began the paralegal program at Samford University and completed the Paralegal Studies Certificate Program in December 2015. When not working, Amanda enjoys working at an animal clinic, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda Rucks Duncan

Amanda Rucks Duncan was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2013, she graduated from Cumberland School of Law and became licensed in Alabama. Amanda has practiced in many municipal, district, and circuit courts throughout the state of Alabama. Since 2013, she has practiced in many fields including family law, criminal defense, and immigration. Amanda joined Kirk Drennan, PC in June 2017, serving as an associate in the Divorce & Family Law Practice Group. Amanda has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as Top 40 Under 40 and by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys as Top 10 Under 40. She is an active member in both the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association.
